Packages are fixed and cannot be modified or credited to the Building Contract. *Additional costs may be incurred if base design is modified or increased. POOL PROMOTION TERMS  AND CONDITIONS:

  • Pool to have a minimum of 1650mm setback from all fencing and structures.
  • If minimum setbacks cannot be achieved, proposed location must be approved by the Construction Manager. Additional costs will apply for an Engineers Certificate and additional structural requirements to suit pool location.
  • If pool cannot be installed after handover due to restricted access, the Construction Manager must approve installation during construction. Additional costs will apply for temporary fencing and boarding of the pool.
  • 15 lineal meters of AS 1926.1 compliant tubular pool fencing has been included. Additional costs will apply for any additional fencing to be paid directly to Barrier Reef Pools by the client
  • No additional provisions have been included for restricted window openers or sliding closers. Additional costs will apply if deemed necessary as per AS 1926.1 based on the proposed pool fence location.
  • A minimum of 2m height and width side access will be required for sand removal. For side access less than 2m but greater than 1.2m wide an additional cost will apply. For side less than 1.2m the pool will need to be excavated by hand and an additional cost will apply, to be paid directly to Barrier Reef Pools by the client.
  • Promotion is based on pool installation to a standard Class A sandy site. Alternative soil classification will require prior approval by the Construction Manager, and costs will apply for additional requirements based on an Engineers Certificate.
  • No allowance is included for hard digging or rock removal. Additional costs may apply if solid rock or limestone is encountered during earthworks, to be paid directly to Barrier Reef Pools by the client.
  • Pool must be installed prior to any external landscaping works to surrounding area. Clear access must be available between the house and pool pump location for service runs.
